Rapscallion
We created a series of 3D computer generated images of the labels, cans and secondary packaging designed by Freytag Anderson for their rebrand of Rapscallion Soda. Our photorealistic product visualisation highlights the simple layout, bold use of colour and minimal type treatment used in the rebrand.
Rapscallion Soda
Client: Freytag Anderson
Brief: We were appointed by Freytag Anderson design agency to create 3D computer generated images of the labels, cans and packaging designed by them as part of a rebrand for Glasgow-based soft drink manufacturer Rapscallion Soda.
Background: Rapscallion Soda specialise in using fresh natural ingredients and unusual taste combinations to create their low-sugar soft drinks. The product imagery aims to present a new kind of soft drink that is better for you, while hinting at a more clinical and scientific approach to production. The drinks are named to work alongside a distinct and rebellious brand voice.
Approach: Using photorealistic 3D rendering, we created a series of packaging visualisation shots. Our computer generated product images showcase the simple layout, bold use of colour and minimal type treatment used in the rebrand. A short stop label deliberately highlights the base metal of the cans; we were able to produce realistically rendered images of this metal. Our rendered images are now a key part of Rapscallion’s marketing campaign and feature on their website and online shop.
